The W60 Thermocouple & Fine Wire Welder by Thermalcomp is THE tool of choice used by experts in the sensor manufacturing sector due to its small yet powerful design. Its primary use is thermocouple and fine-wire welding.
This welder is capable of producing large quantities of exposed junction thermocouples which are often used for test and development laboratories. Ideal for transducer and RTD extension lead attachments, this device´s performance is in a word… perfection.
The device comes with a manual, footswitch, argon gas shield facility and has the energy output of up to 60 Joules. Wires up to 1.1mm in diameter are compatible and can be used with the optional argon gas shield facility.
